Orders and payment

By placing an order you agree to pay the price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Checkout.

Every piece in this collection is a preorder. Your order reserves a size in a run that will not be repeated. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.

For orders outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to refund these charges.

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel a preorder at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Returns are accepted from UK and European customers within 14 days of delivery, provided pieces are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. United States customers may not return items for change of mind or fit. Full details are on our Returns page.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, copy, design and the Tiiwara brand, is owned by or licensed to Tiiwara Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
