Returns and Refunds

United Kingdom and Europe

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you would like to return something, and another 14 days to send it back. Pieces need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return postage is your responsibility unless the piece is faulty. Once we have received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank.

United States

We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on US orders for change of mind or fit.

Every product page carries the full garment measurements in cm and inches, a fit note for that specific piece, and the size our model is wearing. Please use them. If you are between sizes or unsure, email hello@tiiwara.com before you order and we will help you choose. We would much rather answer a question first than have you stuck with something that does not fit.

If something is faulty or wrong, wherever you are

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered, email hello@tiiwara.com within 14 days with your order number and a photograph. We will resolve it with a repair, a replacement or a refund. This applies to every order regardless of where in the world it was sent, including United States orders.

Import charges on returns

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees you paid on delivery were collected by your country's customs authority and the carrier, not by us, so we are not able to refund them. If you return a piece, we refund the price of the piece. You may be able to reclaim the import charges directly from your customs authority once the goods have left the country, and we will provide whatever paperwork you need.

Preorders

You can cancel a preorder at any point before it ships and receive a full refund. Email hello@tiiwara.com.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your piece and place a new order for the size or colour you need.

Sale

Everything in this collection is full price. Sale items, where offered, are final sale.
