Who we are

Tiiwara Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@tiiwara.com.

What we collect and why

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. Payment is processed securely by Shopify — we do not store card numbers. We use your contact details to send an order confirmation, shipping notification and, where relevant, to respond to your queries.

If you join our mailing list, we collect your name and email address to send you updates about new collections and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Legal basis

We process order data to perform the contract between us. We process mailing list data with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We may retain certain records as required by law.

Who we share it with

We share your delivery address and contact details with our courier (Royal Mail or DHL) solely to fulfil your order. We use Shopify to process payments and manage orders, and Resend to send transactional emails. These are our only processors. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years as required by UK tax law. Mailing list records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@tiiwara.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site uses a single session cookie to remember that you have entered the site access code. It contains no personal data and expires after 7 days. Shopify Checkout may set its own cookies when you proceed to payment; these are governed by Shopify's privacy policy.
